These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 3S platform ("3S", "we", "us"), operated by 3S Technologies. By creating an account or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
3S provides optical unboxing verification tools for e-commerce sellers, including QR code generation, packing photo capture, delivery confirmation, and AI-assisted dispute reports. 3S does not make final decisions on any customer dispute — the merchant using the platform retains full responsibility for resolving disputes with their own customers.
3S is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Each plan includes a set number of audited items per month. Usage beyond that limit is billed automatically as an excess-item fee, at the rate disclosed on the pricing page for your plan, and is shown on your invoice before it is charged. Payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection for all orders are handled by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record.
Your order is processed by our online reseller, Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). Paddle is the seller of record for all subscriptions and handles customer service inquiries related to billing, invoicing, and payment disputes. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
You retain ownership of the photos, order data, and customer information you upload to 3S. We process this data solely to provide the service, in line with our data retention practices described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use 3S to store or process content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or that infringes the rights of others, and not to attempt to circumvent the security or metering mechanisms of the platform. 3S is a fraud-prevention tool for legitimate e-commerce order verification; it may not be used in connection with regulated financial advice, trading signals, cryptocurrency products, or any other restricted or high-risk business category.
3S's fraud-detection and remediation pipeline operates on an automated, self-repairing infrastructure using artificial intelligence and optical computing. No human operator at 3S has routine access to subscriber order databases, product images, or end-user personal data as part of normal service operation; all analysis and anomaly handling is performed by automated systems. The service delivers aggregated, statistical dashboards to merchants and does not grant 3S staff visibility into individual customer records beyond what is strictly required to operate or support the platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3S's AI-generated dispute reports are provided as a decision-support tool and do not constitute a legal or financial guarantee of any outcome with a marketplace, payment processor, or customer. 3S is provided "as is," and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform before they take effect.
